This looks great! Thank you! The images in the chunking chapter look like they are going to be a pain to convert to SVG, so that might never be done. Which is a shame, since the original generating program probably could have output SVG in the first place. With all the detail there, though, I am thinking we will definitely need a widget or something to let users zoom in on the images. Currently you either zoom or open the image in a new tab and zoom there. |

Refactored chapter 4 of the manual and replaced two images with text/ code listings.
Some minor changes to tutorial 5 and manual chapter 3.
A simple pre-commit config is also provided, in case someone wants to use it.
